Metals of Africa Extends Expiry Date of
Gabon JV Option
Metals of Africa Limited (ASX: MTA) (the Company) is pleased to announce that it has reached an agreement with Select Exploration Limited (ASX: SLT) to extend the expiry date of the Gabon JV Option by one month until 31 March 2014.
The Gabon JV Option was due to expire today 28 February 2014, under the Heads of Agreement executed with SLT on 21 January 2014, however both companies have agreed to the extension of this expiry date until 31 March 2014 to allow for MTA to further investigate the viability of this potential JV, including potential funding options.
The Company will advise the ASX in relation to the progression or otherwise of the Gabon JV Option in due course.
Please refer to the announcements made to the ASX on 21 January 2014 and 3 February 2014 for further information in relation to the potential Gabon JV and the three exploration assets that would be included in this Gabon JV.
