ASX RELEASE 28 FEBRUARY 2014

Extension of Gabon JV Option Expiry with Metals of Africa Limited

The Board of Select Exploration Limited (ASX: SLT) (“ Select ” or the “ Company ”) advises shareholders that the expiry date of the Gabon JV Option contemplated under the Heads of Agreement signed with Metals of Africa Limited (ASX: MTA) and previously announced to the ASX on 21 January 2014, has been extended 1 month from today 28 February 2014 to 31 March 2014.

The Company confirms that MTA retains an option (that now expires on 31 March 2014) to commit to a Joint Venture with SLT, in relation to three mineral exploration projects identified by the Company in Gabon. Please refer to the ASX announcement made by the Company on 21 January 2014 for further information in this regard.
