Select Exploration Limited (ASX: SLT) (“Select” or “the Company”) advises that it has completed the allotment of the second tranche of the placement shares to professional and sophisticated investors, raising a total of $750,000, following shareholder approval on 23 April 2014.

The Company also received shareholder approval for the Directors to participate in a placement on the same terms to raise up to an additional $105,000. Shares in respect of $35,000 of these funds have been placed today.

Please find enclosed an Appendix 3B in relation to the above share issues.
