SALE OF FINANCIAL ASSETS

Select Exploration Limited (ASX: SLT) (“Select” or “the Company”) advises that it has sold the following equity investments it held in Metals of Africa Limited (ASX: MTA):

• 2.5m unlisted options ($0.093, 31 March 2017); and

• 5.5million fully paid ordinary shares.

The Company retains 174,667 fully paid ordinary shares in MTA.

In return for the above sales, the Company received total gross proceeds of approximately $970,000. The Company’s resultant cash balance as at 15 September 2014 is approximately $1.4m.
