RELEASE OF SHARES FROM ESCROW

Friday 13^th April 2007

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 3.10A, and in accordance with the terms of escrow. Select Vaccines Limited hereby announces that the following securities are to be released from escrow.

• 4,000,000 fully paid Ordinary Shares (SLT) will be released from escrow on 29^th April 2007, following expiration of the escrow period.
• 2,000,000 unquoted options (SLTAS), exercisable at \$0.44 on or before 29 April 2009, will be $\bullet$ released from eserow on $29^th$ April 2007, following expiration of the eserow period.
