Rights Issue - Shortfall

We advise that total subscriptions by shareholders pursuant to the 1 for 4 Rights Issue at 13 cents per share with a free one for two attaching option which closed on 31 January was 1.364,454 shares totaling $177,379.

The underwritten amount is $1,055,000, leaving a shortfall of $877,621 to be taken up by the Underwriters.

Holding Statements for new shares and options are due to be dispatched to shareholders on Tuesday 7th February 2006.

The issued capital of the company will be as set out below following the take up of the underwriting.
