This Supplementary Prospectus supplements the Prospectus dated 22 November 2005 issued by Select Vaccines Limited ("the Company"), lodged with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission on that date ("the Prospectus"), and the Supplementary Prospectus issued by the Company on 9 December 2005 and lodged with ASIC on that date

This Supplementary Prospectus must be read in conjunction with the Prospectus.

The Australian Securities and Investments Commission and Australian Stock Exchange Limited take no responsibility for the contents of this Supplementary Prospectus or the Prospectus.

Terms used in this Supplementary Prospectus have the same meaning as in the Prospectus unless otherwise defined or the contrary intention appears.

WITHDRAWAL OF OFFER

The Offer contained in the Prospectus has been withdrawn.

No Applications will be accepted and no Shares will be issued under the Prospectus. Any Application Monies received will be returned to Applicants in full.

DIRECTORS' CONSENT

Each of the Directors of Select Vaccines Limited has consented to the lodgement of this Supplementary Prospectus with the ASIC.
