Prospectus Offer closed over-subscribed

Select Vaccines Limited is pleased to announce that its Offer of shares and 1-for-2 attaching free options closed on $2\dot{\theta}^{\text{h}}$ June 2003. The Offer generated strong interest and was substantially over-subscribed. Pursuant to the Company's Prospectus (dated $3d$ June 2003) and Supplementary Prospectus (dated 18th June 2003), Select Vaccines has accepted applications for a total of $12,220,000$ new shares and $6,110,000$ attaching free options. The Offer raised a total of $2.444 million before allowing for costs.

Subject to final ASX approval, the current suspension from quotation of Select Vaccines' existing securities (ASX: SLT, SLTO) will cease at 10:00 Eastern Standard Time on Thursday $3^{d}$ July 2003. The Company's new shares and options (the latter trading as ASX: SLTOA) will also commence trading at that time.
