Director and Company Secretary Changes
Select Exploration Limited (ASX: SLT) (“Select” or “the Company”) advises that Ms Cherie Leeden has resigned from her position on the Board as a non‐executive director due to other work commitments. Ms Leeden is replaced on the Board by in‐ coming non‐executive director Mr Phil Warren.
Phil is a chartered accountant and executive director of West Perth based Corporate Advisory firm Grange Consulting Group Pty Ltd. Phil has over 18 years of experience in finance and corporate roles in Australia and Europe. He has specialised in company valuations, mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, debt financing, financial management, corporate governance and company secretarial services for a number of public and private companies. Phil is a non‐executive director of ASX listed Cassini Resources.
As a result of the above appointment, Mr Warren resigned from his position as Company Secretary and was replaced in the role by experienced company secretary Mr Steven Wood.
The Board wishes to thank Ms Leeden for her services to the Company over the past three years, and wishes her all the best for her future endeavours.
