RESIGNATION OF MANAGING DIRECTOR

The Board of Select Exploration Limited advises of the resignation of Managing Director, Mr Shane Cranswick.

Mr Cranswick was the founding Managing Director of Select Exploration Limited and performed a pivotal role in the re-listing of the Company in November 2012 and commencement of exploration activities on the Tanzanian Projects.

The Board wishes to thank Mr Cranswick for his significant contribution to the Company over the past year and wishes him every success in his future endeavours. Mr Mark Titchener, presently an Executive Director, will undertake the Managing Directors duties in the interim.
