Resignation of Company Secretary

The Board of Select Vaccines Ltd (“Select”) advises that due to the recent relocation of the registered office and principal place of business of Select from Melbourne to Perth, Mr Richard Wadley has resigned as joint Company Secretary effective immediately.

The board wishes to thank Mr Wadley for his efforts and contribution in his roles as Company Secretary for Select Vaccines Limited over the years.

Mr Phil Warren will continue as the sole Company Secretary of the Company.
