Appointment of Company Secretary

The Board wishes to advise that Mr. Richard Wadley has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary with the appointment becoming effective immediately. Mr. Wadley specialises in providing financial and company secretarial services to earlier stage life science companies. He has had extensive experience in the areas of financial management, investor relations and capital raisings. Richard practised as a chartered accountant and has had experience in both stock broking and the operations of listed public companies.

Mr. Phillip Hains has tendered his resignation as Company Secretary. Mr. Hains has been Company Secretary since January 2002 and was involved in the transition from Select-Tel Limited to Select Vaccines Limited. The Board wishes to thank Phillip for his considerable contribution over the term.
