Appointment of Director

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Jeremy Cooper as an Executive Director. This appointment is effective immediately and Mr. Cooper will assume the role of Finance Director.

Mr Cooper has a strong background in finance and company management with fourteen years experience in senior management positions with a number of international and Australian corporations. He obtained his BA from Cambridge University and his MBA from INSEAD

He is also a director of Premier Bionics Limited, an ASX listed company.
