ISSUANCE OF SHARES

Renold announces that it has issued 2,353,037 5p shares in Renold plc at a cost of £117,651.85 to its Employee Benefit Trust to facilitate the exercise of share options by employees across the Company. 

Application has been made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on The London Stock Exchange and it is anticipated that admission will become effective on 28 July 2016. Following admission, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 225,417,740 ordinary shares of 5p each.
