Renold, a leading international supplier of industrial chains and related power transmission products, announces that it has posted to shareholders its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2025 (the "2025 Annual Report and Accounts"), together with notice of annual general meeting ("2025 AGM") and the associated form of proxy.
An electronic copy of the 2025 Annual Report and Accounts and the notice of the 2025 AGM are available for download from the Company's website at www.investors.renold.com.
The 2025 AGM will be held at 11.00 a.m. on 30 September 2025 at the Company's registered office at Trident 2, Trident Business Park, Styal Road, Wythenshawe, Manchester M22 5XB.
