The following PDMRs (including certain directors) have exercised options to acquire ordinary shares of 5 pence each in Renold granted pursuant to the Renold plc 2013 Performance Share Plan, effective from 27 October 2025.

On 28 October 2025, in accordance with the announcement by the board of Renold on 27 October 2025, Renold allotted 1,392,251 new ordinary shares of 5 pence each in Renold to the trustee of the Renold plc Employee Benefit Trust, a trust established for the benefit of employees of Renold, in order to satisfy the exercise of share options and vesting of share awards held by employees (including certain PDMRs).
