Stuttgart, Germany has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of
the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on RENK AG, Augsburg, Germany,
have fallen below the 75%, 50%, 30%, 25%, 20%, 15%, 10%, 5% and 3%
threshold of the Voting Rights on December 15, 2014 and on that day
amounted to 0% (this corresponds to 0 Voting Rights).
