On December 17, 2014, Dr. Wolfgang Porsche Holding GmbH, Salzburg, Austria
has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on RENK AG, Augsburg, Germany, have exceeded the
3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 50% and 75% threshold of the Voting Rights
on December 15, 2014 and on that day amounted to 76.00% (this corresponds
to 5320000 Voting Rights).
76.00% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 5320000 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act). Attributed
Voting Rights are held by the following companies under its control, whose
share of the Voting Rights in RENK AG amounts to 3 percent or more:
Wolfgang Porsche GmbH, Grünwald, Familie Porsche Beteiligung GmbH,
Grünwald, Porsche Automobil Holding SE, Stuttgart, VOLKSWAGEN
