On April 18, 2013, Truck & Bus GmbH, Berliner Ring 2, 38440 Wolfsburg,
Germany, has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its voting rights in Renk Aktiengesell-schaft, Augsburg,
Germany, have exceeded the thresholds of 3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%,
50%, and 75% of the voting rights on April 16, 2013 and on that day
amounted to 78.86% (this corresponds to 5,519,903 out of a total of
7,000,000 voting rights in Renk Aktiengesellschaft).

All of the aforementioned 5,519,903 voting rights are to be attributed to
Truck & Bus GmbH pursuant to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of
the WpHG via MAN SE, München, Germany. 199,903 of the abovementioned voting
rights, corresponding to 2.86% of the voting rights in Renk
Aktiengesellschaft, are held directly by Renk Aktiengesellschaft, a
subsidiary of MAN SE pursuant to Article 22 Section 3 WpHG, as treasury
shares.
