On September 11, 2013, Louise Daxer-Piech GmbH, Salzburg, Austria has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on RENK Aktiengesellschaft, Augsburg, Germany, have
exceeded the 3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 50% and 75% threshold of the
Voting Rights on September 11, 2013 and on that day amounted to 78.86%
(this corresponds to 5519903 Voting Rights).

According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 78.86%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 5519903 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company from Ahorner Beta Beteiligungs GmbH, Grünwald via
Ahorner Alpha Beteiligungs GmbH, Grünwald, Porsche Automobil Holding SE,
Stuttgart, Volkswagen Aktiengesellschaft, Wolfsburg, Truck & Bus GmbH,
Wolfsburg and MAN SE, München. 199,903 of the abovementioned voting rights,
corresponding to 2.86% of the voting rights in RENK Aktiengesellschaft, are
held directly by RENK Aktiengesellschaft, a subsidiary of MAN SE pursuant
to Article 22 Section 3 WpHG, as treasury shares.
