Pursuant to the FCA's Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), Renewi plc announces that Non-Executive Director Jacques Petry, stepped down as Chairman of the Board of Directors and as Director of the independent renewable energy producer, Albioma S.A with effect from 27 May 2019.
