Annual Report & Accounts and Notice of AGM
Renew (AIM: RNWH), the leading Engineering Services Group supporting the maintenance and renewal of critical infrastructure, confirms that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2024, the Notice of the Annual General Meeting and a Form of Proxy were posted to shareholders on 19 December 2024.
The Annual General Meeting is to be held on Monday 27 January 2025 at 11.00am at Renew Holdings plc 3125 Century Way, Thorpe Park, Leeds LS15 8ZB.
