Annual Report & Accounts and Notice of AGM

Renew (AIM: RNWH), the leading Engineering Services Group supporting the maintenance and renewal of critical UK infrastructure, confirms that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2022, the Notice of the Annual General Meeting and a Form of Proxy were posted to shareholders on 20 December 2022. 

The Annual General Meeting is to be held on Wednesday 1 February 2023 at 11.00am at Thorpe Park Hotel, 1150 Century Way, Thorpe Park, Leeds LS15 8ZB.
