Annual Report & Accounts and Notice of AGM

Renew (AIM: RNWH), the Engineering Services Group supporting UK infrastructure, confirms that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2018, the Notice of the Annual General Meeting and a Form of Proxy were posted to shareholders on 19 December 2018.  

The Annual General Meeting is to be held on Wednesday 30 January 2019 at 11.00am at Thorpe Park Hotel, 1150 Century Way, Thorpe Park, Leeds LS15 8ZB.
