Annual Report & Accounts and Notice of AGM

Renew (AIM: RNWH), the Engineering Services Group supporting UK infrastructure, confirms that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2017, the Notice of the Annual General Meeting and a Form of Proxy were posted to shareholders on 20 December 2017.  

The Annual General Meeting is to be held on Wednesday 31 January 2018 at 11am at the offices of KPMG LLP, 1 Sovereign Square, Sovereign Street, Leeds, LS1 4DA.
