Disposal

Renew (AIM: RNWH), the Engineering Services Group supporting UK infrastructure, confirms that Places for People Group Limited completed the acquisition of Allenbuild Limited yesterday with the payment of the second 50% of consideration of £1.375m in cash. This follows on from the initial announcement of the disposal of the business for a total consideration of £2.75m made on 3 November 2014.
