Year End Trading Update & Notice of Results

Full year performance in line with market consensus, delivering record revenues and operating profit

Renew (AIM: RNWH), the leading Engineering Services Group supporting the maintenance and renewal of critical UK infrastructure, provides the following trading update for the financial year ended 30 September 2025.

The Group expects to report trading for the year in line with market consensus1, with record revenues and record operating profit.  The Group's balance sheet remains strong, finishing the year with a modest net cash position, ahead of market expectations1.  This provides the Group with significant flexibility to take advantage of its active pipeline of potential acquisition targets. The Group's performance is testament to the resilience of the model.

The Group has continued to diversify its markets and service offering, and as a result  it remains well positioned to take advantage of long term structural growth drivers.  The Group's exposure to wider growth markets with highly visible, committed spending cycles has resulted in a record order book as at 30 September 2025, which underpins the Board's confidence in the year ahead and beyond.

Notice of Results

Renew's preliminary results for the year ended 30 September 2025 will be announced on Tuesday 25 November 2025.

1 Company derived consensus for adjusted revenue is £1,117.0m, adjusted operating profit of £72.0m and pre-IFRS 16 net debt of £6.9m
