Trading Update
Renew (AIM: RNWH), the Engineering Services Group supporting UK infrastructure, announces an update on trading in advance of the interim results for the half year ended 31 March 2017.
Trading for the first half of the year is ahead of the comparative position last year and in line with the Board's expectations.
As previously indicated, as a result of the acquisition of Giffen Holdings Ltd in October 2016, the Board anticipates reporting a modest net debt position when it announces Renew's interim results on Tuesday 23 May 2017. The Board expects to report a net cash position as at 30 September 2017.
