Renew (AIM: RNWH), the Engineering Services Group supporting UK infrastructure, announces that Shatish Dasani, Non-Executive Director of Renew and his wife, Dina Dasani, have informed the Company that today they have purchased 4,500 and 5,500 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company respectively at a price of 444p per share.

As a result, Shatish Dasani, and connected parties, resultant holding in the Company is 15,000 shares which is 0.02% of the issued share capital.
