Renew (AIM: RNWH), the Engineering Services Group supporting UK infrastructure, announces that Alexandra Samuel, wife of John Samuel, a director of Renew, has informed the Company that on 19 December 2016 she was notified that she has inherited 25,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company. As a result, Mr Samuel, and connected parties, resultant holding in the Company is 265,548 shares (0.43% of the issued share capital).
