As previously announced, the Board of Renew (AIM: RNWH), the Engineering Services Group supporting UK infrastructure, confirms that John Samuel has today resigned as a Director of the Company and his role as Group Financial Director has been assumed following an orderly handover period by Sean Wyndham-Quin who was appointed to the Board on 8 November 2017.
