Overland Resources Limited (ASX:OVR; the Company or Overland ) advises that Mr Peter Voulgaris was appointed Non-Executive Director of the Company following the Company’s Annual General Meeting held on 24 November 2017.

Due to the change in Company Secretary shortly thereafter, the Company has neglected to lodge Mr Voulgaris’ Appendix 3X – Initial Director’s Interest Notice. Mr Voulgaris has no relevant interest in the securities of the Company, as per the following Appendix 3X.
