Renascor Resources Limited (ASX: RNU) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Renascor Resources Limited (‘RNU’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of RNU, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 23 April 2021 or when the announcement is released to the market.

RE: Renascor Resources Limited – Request for Trading Halt

Renascor Resources Limited (“the Company”) formally requests that you grant a trading halt on the entity’s securities with immediate effect.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, the following information is provided:

• a) The Company intends to make an announcement regarding a proposed capital raising initiative.

• b) The Company requests the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of the Company releasing an announcement in relation to a) above, or the commencement of trading on Friday 23 April 2021; and

• c) The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted, nor is it aware of any other information required to be provided to the market in relation to the trading halt.
