Renascor Resources Limited (ASX: RNU) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Renascor Resources Limited (‘RNU’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of RNU, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 18 September 2020 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Renascor Resources Limited (the Company) requests that a trading halt be granted by the ASX immediately, pending the release of an announcement by the Company regarding a capital raising.

For the purposes of Listing Rule 17.1, RNU provides the following information:

• a) RNU requests the trading halt remains in place until commencement of trading on 18 September 2020 unless before that time RNU makes an announcement in relation to the capital raising.

• b) RNU is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
