Developing Aust ralia’s Largest Graphit e Deposit

100% Acquisit ion of Siviour Graphit e Project Complet ed

Renascor Resources (ASX: RNU) is pleased t o announce t hat is has com plet ed t he 100% acquisit ion of Ausm in Developm ent Pt y Lt d (Ausm in), which holds t he right s t o t he Siviour Graphit e Project .

As previously announced, Renascor ent ered int o an agreem ent wit h t he shareholders of Ausm in t o acquire all of t he shares in Ausm in in exchange for approxim at ely 187.6 m illion shares in Renascor, subject t o Renascor first obt aining shareholder approval for t he issuance of Renascor shares. At a shareholder m eet ing held on 3 Sept em ber 2018, Renascor’s shareholders grant ed such approval, and Renascor and t he Ausm in shareholders have now com plet ed t he exchange of shares giving Renascor 100% ownership of Ausm in.

An Appendix 3B New Issue Announcem ent in relat ion t o t he issue of Rensacor shares t o Ausm in shareholders will be released lat er t oday.
