TRADING HALT

The securities of Renascor Resources Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 21 September 2017.

Renascor Resources Limited (the Company) requests that a trading halt be granted by the ASX immediately, pending the release of an announcement by the Company regarding a capital raising.

For the purposes of Listing Rule 17.2, RNU provides the following information:

• a) RNU requests the trading halt remains in place until 10:00am (Sydney time) 21 September 2017 unless before that time RNU makes an announcement in relation to the capital raising.

• b) RNU is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
