Renascor intends to use the cash raised from the tenement transfer to accelerate drilling at its Eastern Eyre project in South Australia’s Olympic Dam belt, where Renascor’s recent drilling confirmed the Extension Tank prospect as an advanced IOCG prospect
Renascor Resources Limited (ASX: RNU) is pleased to announce that it has entered into agreements to sell four exploration tenements in exchange for $250,000 in cash. The subject tenements (ELs 4394, 4399, 5228 and 5301) formed part of Renascor’s Olary project in the Curnamona Province of South Australia.
Under the terms of its agreements with four unlisted proprietary limited companies, the tenements are being sold for $250,000. Renacor has already received $77,500, consisting of a cash deposit and payment for EL 5301. The balance is expected after customary regulatory approvals are received for the renewal of the licences for ELs 4394 and 4399. Renascor expects to receive these renewals and complete the transfer of ELs 4394 and 4399 within one to two months.
Renascor intends to use the cash raised from the tenement transfer to accelerate drilling at its core Eastern Eyre project in South Australia’s Olympic Dam belt, where Renascor’s recent drilling confirmed the Extension Tank prospect as an advanced ironoxide, copper-gold prospect. See Renascor ASX release dated 28 January 2015.
