Appointment of CFO and Joint Company Secretary

Renascor Resources Limited (ASX: RNU) (“ Renascor” ) is pleased to announce that Mr Jon Colquhoun has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer and Joint Company Secretary of Renascor with effect from 2 July 2021. Mr Pierre van Der Merwe will continue as Joint Company Secretary of Renascor.

Mr Colquhoun is an experienced accountant and company secretary with a broad financial and commercial background across a range of industries providing company secretarial and CFO services to a number of ASX listed and unlisted companies. Mr Colquhoun holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Adelaide, is a Registered Company Auditor and a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.

On Mr Colquhoun‘s appointment, Renascor Managing Director David Christensen stated:

“We are delighted to have someone with Jon’s broad set of financial skills join the Renascor team as we continue to progress development of our world-class Siviour Battery Anode Material Project.”
