COMMUNICATION

In accordance with and for the purposes of article 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014, of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 16 April 2014, and other applicable regulations, REN – Redes Energéticas Nacionais, SGPS, S.A. hereby informs the market and the public of the following changes in the 2022 corporate events:

The Company's first quarter results that were scheduled to be released on the 19th of May of 2022, after the closing of the market, will be postponed to the following day (20th of May) after market close. Consequently, the conference call initially scheduled for the 20th of May, will take place on the 23rd of May.

All the other dates remain as described on the calendar released on the 4th of February.
