COMMUNICATION

In accordance with and for the purposes of article 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014, of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 16 April 2014, of article 248-A of the Portuguese Securities Code and other applicable regulations, REN – Redes Energéticas Nacionais, SGPS, S.A. ("REN" or the "Company") hereby informs the market and the public of the following change in the 2021 corporate events:

The Company's first quarter results that were scheduled to be released on May 13 2021, after the closing of the market, will be postponed to the following morning (May 14) before market opening.

All the other dates disclosed in the communication of January 21 2021 remain unchanged.
