Dear Sirs,

Caixa-Banco de Investimento ("CaixaBI"), acting as Agent, hereby informs you of the details regarding the interest payment of the 5th coupon and final redemption of the Notes "EUR 300,000,000 4.125% Notes due 2018" issued by REN - Redes Energéticas Nacionais and listed on the London Stock Exchange's regulated market since January 31, 2013.

The interest and the final redemption on the Notes will be paid through Interbolsa on January 31, 2018, as follows (per Note):

Gross Interest*	4.125,00 EUR
Final Redemption	100.000,00 EUR

CaixaBI will be the Paying Agent.

* Note holders that are exempt from withholding tax must confirm this status according to the fiscal rules applicable.
