RESIGNATION AND CO-OPTATION OF MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Pursuant to and for the purposes of article 6(1)(a) of CMVM Regulation 1/2023, REN – Redes Energéticas Nacionais, S.G.P.S., S.A. ("REN") hereby informs the market and the general public that Shi Houyun resigned as a member of the board of directors of REN, with effects as of this date. REN further informs that, in its meeting of 30th November 2023, the Board of Directors resolved to co-opt as non-executive board member of REN, for the current term of office, Tang Mingyi, replacing Shi Houyun.
