CHANGE OF RESPONSIBILITIES IN TOP MANAGEMENT

At the meeting held on 2 January 2014, the Board of Rémy Cointreau noted the resignation of Frédéric Pflanz, Chief Executive Officer, for personal reasons. Frédéric Pflanz will remain in the Group as Development Director, with responsibility for specific assignments that he has already initiated.

On this occasion, the Board of Directors thanked Frédéric Pflanz for his contribution to the Group's sound financial achievements over the past four years.

As a transitional measure, the Board asked its Chairman, François Hériard Dubreuil, to assume the responsibilities of Chief Executive Officer, which he has accepted. He will be supported by the current Executive Committee. François Hériard Dubreuil took this opportunity to state that the Group's strategy remains unchanged.
