CONVERSION OF PERFORMANCE SHARES

RemSense Technologies Limited advises that it has issued 1,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares to its CEO Warren Cook.

The shares were issued upon the conversion of 1,000,000 performance shares on the first anniversary of Mr Cook’s service. A further 1,000,000 shares will be issued to Mr Cook on the anniversary of his second year of service.

At the time of the issue of the performance shares the Company lodged an appendix 3B however inadvertently failed to lodge an appendix 3(G). An appendix 3(G) has today been lodged to rectify this oversight.
