ASX ANNOUNCEMENT

17 October 2025

STRATEGIC ENTRY INTO AUSTRALIAN GAS INFRASTRUCTURE SECTOR

RemSense Technologies Limited ( ASX:REM ) ( RemSense or the Company ) is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a pilot project by the Australian Gas Infrastructure Group ( AGIG ) for the deployment of its proprietary virtualplant asset visualisation platform.

This pilot represents an important strategic entry for RemSense into Australia’s critical gas transmission and distribution infrastructure sector, with AGIG operating one of the nation’s largest gas pipeline networks. This will demonstrate the significant potential of virtualplant to improve asset visibility, enhance safety, and reduce on-site time across AGIG’s vast operational footprint.

PROJECT OVERVIEW

The AGIG pilot will deliver a high-resolution 3D digital twin using RemSense’s advanced reality capture and AI-powered asset audit technologies.

Through virtualplant , AGIG’s engineering and operations teams will be able to:

  • Reduce the number of site visits and improve safety by enabling remote access and assessment.

  • Locate and visualise assets quickly for maintenance planning and verification.

  • Enable remote technical support through immersive digital context and spatial accuracy.

Successful delivery and acceptance of this pilot are expected to pave the way for a networkwide rollout across the Dampier to Bunbury Natural Gas Pipeline (including approx 100 metering facilities, 11 compressor stations, 2 hydrogen generation plants, 72 valve facilities, gas plant and 7 onshore well field), one of the most significant gas transmission systems in Australia, representing a major commercial and strategic growth opportunity for RemSense.

The Australian Gas Infrastructure Group owns, operates and invests in over 26,300 kilometres of gas pipelines, serving more than 43,000 commercial customers nationally. As a leading player in Australia’s energy transition, AGIG is actively pursuing innovative technologies to improve efficiency, safety, and sustainability across its infrastructure assets.

The collaboration underscores RemSense’s alignment with AGIG’s digital transformation goals, positioning virtualplant as a scalable solution for high-resolution, data-integrated infrastructure management across Australia’s energy network.

The contract value is considered to be immaterial from a revenue perspective, as is normal practice for a pilot program with prospective clients. There are no material terms or conditions precedent requiring satisfaction to enable the pilot works to commence or be fulfilled, and there are no terms or conditions to the contract considered outside of normal commercial terms and conditions, including termination clauses considered.

Warren Cook, Managing Director of RemSense Technologies, said:

We are delighted to be working with AGIG on this important pilot project. The successful delivery of virtualplant will showcase its potential to transform asset management across critical gas infrastructure. The opportunity to extend this capability across the entire Dampier to Bunbury Pipeline represents significant commercial upside and reinforces RemSense’s leadership in industrial visualisation technologies.
