EXPANDED EXXONMOBIL AWARD VALIDATES REMSENSE STRATEGY

RemSense Technologies Limited (ASX: REM) (RemSense or the Company) is pleased to announce that it has secured a second project award with ExxonMobil , following the successful completion of its initial engagement announced on 28 October 2025. It further strengthens the Company’s expanding role as a trusted technology partner to one of the world’s most influential energy producers.

The accelerated award of this expanded scope of work underscores ExxonMobil’s decision to broaden its engagement with RemSense, reflecting strong confidence in the Company’s ability to deliver scalable digital visualisation solutions across complex operating environments.

Project Overview

Under this latest agreement, RemSense working in partnership with Applus+ will deliver ground and drone-based ultra-high resolution imagery capture, processing and delivery via virtualplant for an ExxonMobil's Bass Strait facility.

The project includes:

• Aerial and terrestrial ultra high-resolution LiDAR scanning, advanced 360-degree photogrammetry.

• Creation of an enhanced virtualplant visual twin to support Remote Digital Visual Inspections (RDVI), maintenance planning and engineering workflows, etc.

• Ongoing virtualplant access and subscription services to enable ExxonMobil and Applus+ teams across Australia to collaborate in real time.

The total contract value is A$94,760 with work scheduled to be completed in January 2026 .

Building a Strategic Relationship with a Global Energy Major

ExxonMobil, through its Esso Australia operations, remains one of Australia’s largest and most established energy producers, managing an extensive portfolio of offshore platforms, subsea infrastructure, pipelines, and onshore processing facilities.

The award of this additional project:

• Advances RemSense as a preferred partner for digital transformation initiatives within ExxonMobil

• Demonstrates the scalability of virtualplant across complex and high-value energy assets

There are no material terms or conditions precedent requiring satisfaction to enable the contract works to be fulfilled, and there are no terms or conditions to the contract considered outside of normal commercial terms and conditions, including termination clauses.
