ENTITLEMENTS ISSUE SHORTFALL CLOSING DATE
On 13 December 2023 RemSense Technologies Limited (“RemSense”) advised that the Entitlements Issue announced on 11 November 2023 had closed, with a shortfall of $1,653,431. The Company advised that it would seek to place the shortfall, with a period of 3 months after the offer closing date of 11 December 2023 to place shortfall.
The shortfall offer comprises 1 share for an issue price of 2 cents plus a 1:2 free attaching option exercisable at 4 cents on or before 9 November 2026.
The Company advises that applications for shortfall will close at 5 pm on 8 March 2024.
