GLOBAL SERVICES AGREEMENT SIGNED

RemSense Technologies Limited (ASX: REM) (“RemSense”) is pleased to announce the signing of a global Services Agreement with Chevron Global Services Corporation. Under this agreement, RemSense will provide high-resolution photogrammetry scanning and image processing services through its innovative virtualplant platform. This ongoing partnership reflects the value of RemSense’s proprietary image and geolocation process.

The first contract under the agreement, valued at US$235,780, has been secured to deliver scanning and image processing services for two onshore gas plants in South Asia, with work scheduled to be completed in December 2024. RemSense is currently in discussion with Chevron regarding potential contracts but there is no guarantee of further projects.

There are no other material terms or termination clauses of this contract.
