VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION REQUEST

RemSense Technologies Limited ( ASX: REM ) (“ RemSense ” or “ Company ”) requests the voluntary suspension of trading in its shares from the commencement of trading today.

RemSense is in the process of seeking to raise capital and considering restructuring plan options to meet the short-term funding and future growth requirements of the Company. As these discussions will take longer than the time available in a trading halt, the directors feel it is prudent to suspend trading whilst discussions continue.

The Company anticipates the suspension to last until 6 November 2023 and it is intended that the suspension would be lifted upon the Company advising a successful outcome.

The Board of RemSense is not aware of any reason why the suspension request should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the voluntary suspension.
