RemSense Technologies Limited (‘REM’) was admitted to the Official List of ASX Limited (‘ASX’) today, Friday, 29 October 2021.
The securities of REM will commence quotation at 12:00PM AEDT on Tuesday, 2 November 2021.
REM raised $5,000,000 pursuant to the offer under its prospectus dated 10 September 2021 by the issue of 25,000,000 shares at an issue price of $0.20 per share.
